Every batch, pond, harvest lot and animal has a passport: where it lived, how it was cared for, and its lab results. Scan the QR code on your pack or enter its code on the Farm Passport page.

Perishable and live items cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, raise a support ticket within 24 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it.

Open Visit the farm, choose an experience, pick a date and time, and reserve your place. You get a ticket code straight away; the booking is confirmed when the advance is paid.
